<P>H.P. Jin co-founded TeleNav in 1999. TeleNav is the first company to launch a GPS navigation service on cell phones in the U.S. He led the company through the <A ="java:pageTracker._trackPageview ('/outbound/dot.com');" href="http://dot.com/" target=_blank>dot.com</A> crisis and came out to become the leader in location based services in the world, with services covering North America, China, Europe and Brazil. TeleNav ranked top five among Deloitte’s Technology Fast 50 in 2007 and 2008. HP is the recipient of the Entrepreneur of the year 2007 by HYSTA and the Most Inspiring Entrepreneur Award by (TiEcon, 2008). Prior to starting TeleNav, he worked at McKenna Group, McKinsey &amp; Company, Loral Space and Communication.</P>
<P>H.P. holds a Ph.D. in Guidance, Navigation and Control (Aeronautics and Astronautics department), a Ph.D. minor in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University and a Bachelor of Science from the Harbin Institute of Technology in China.</P>

<title><![CDATA[Mission Statement]]></title>

<description><![CDATA[<P>ACSSS is a student-run organization whose mission is to broaden the channels of communication between the Stanford mainland Chinese community and various other cultural, academic, and professional communities in the Bay Area. As representatives of the Stanford Chinese community, ACSSS also seeks to foster an unique appreciation of Chinese culture and provide information on the academic and professional opportunities there to all Stanford community members. Finally, ACSSS will do its best to help incoming Chinese students and scholars settle into the Stanford environment by providing practical services. <BR><BR>ACSSS will fulfill its mission through: <BR>
<LI>Sponsoring small social gatherings that permit close interaction between members, as well as large events to bring all members together in celebration of Chinese holidays 
<LI>Co-sponsoring social events with other cultural and academic groups on campus that allow members to explore their interests beyond the Chinese community
